Q: How fast do you ship your products?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days, except during holidays when we wait until they are over before sending.
Q: Who's your Carrier?
A: The United States Post Office (USPS) processes all orders.
Q: What happens if my order gets lost while traveling?
A: Bowtie Menswear fully insures all orders sent by mail against loss or damage. If you do not receive your package in the mail, we will initiate an investigation of your shipment.
Q: How do I order from the store?
A: To purchase an item, simply click on it and put it in the shopping cart. Then go to checkout and enter your delivery details.
Q: What payment do you except?
We accept payments from Verified PayPal accounts and various credit and debit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Express Card, and Discover Card. If you would like to receive an online invoice in your email, please let us know.

Q: How do I keep track of my order?
A: Customers who place orders at Bowtie Menswear will receive a tracking number.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We offer both retail and wholesale services exclusively to businesses.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: This service is only available if we announce it on our website. Currently, we are not taking any special orders.
Q: Where are your products being made?
A: Our sewing studio in Pennsylvania, United States, makes all of our products with pride.
Q: Do you always carry the same bow ties design?
A: No, we have a policy of producing only a limited number of each design to maintain our stockroom's freshness. When we launch a new product, it goes through the stages of regular price, sale price, and clearance price, before being discontinued.
Q: Do you except returns?
A: Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any Bow Ties, Pocket Squares, or Masks and other products. This is to protect the health and hygiene of our customers and staff.
